An American favorite with NE Dutch origin. The chicken and waffle Triple B style. A fresh buttermilk waffle with a marinated chicken breast perfectly seasoned and fried to a golden brown. Topped with our maple butter, fresh berries, and real maple syrup on the side.

Inspired by our New Mexican friends to the south. A smothered burrito filled with our western breakfast potatoes, scrambled egg, chorizo, grilled onions, red peppers, and cheddar. Finished with our zesty green chili sauce then rolled and topped with a fresh red chili sauce (making it Christmas style), and of course more melted cheddar. Finished with a sour crema drizzle. A slight twist on a classic. Starting with our western breakfast potatoes we then add in grilled onions, red peppers, zesty green chili sauce, and ham. An homage to one our favorite sandwiches, The Monte Cristo. Using 3 slices fresh baked bread we add sliced turkey, honey roasted ham, Swiss and American cheeses. This sandwich is then battered and deep fried to perfection with a light powdered sugar dusting. Comes with raspberry jam and our Western potatoes on the side.
